UI UX Designer
About the Role
AL Tamam Global Solutions is seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Uttara, Dhaka.
In this role, you will design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across websites, SaaS platforms, enterprise dashboards, and mobile applications.
You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into elegant, functional, and scalable design solutions.
We are looking for someone with 3–4 years of professional experience, a strong portfolio, excellent Figma skills, and a passion for creating modern, user-centered digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for websites, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.
- Review existing interfaces and recommend improvements based on usability and accessibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands on professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience designing websites, SaaS products, dashboards, and mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- A professional portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects is required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce, or other business management software.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive layouts, and frontend development workflows.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability testing tools.
- Experience with design handoff, developer collaboration, and design documentation.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
